Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
DELIVERY TIME
Standard UK delivery takes approximately 5 business days from dispatch. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we can only amend it before dispatch.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated window, contact hello@wronghours.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
